Ryan is an Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) accredited exercise physiologist who graduated
from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. Ryan is
also a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach, accredited through the Australian Strength and
Conditioning Association (ASCA).
Ryan enjoys being able to use exercise for the management and prevention of a range of health
conditions including cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mental health and joint pain (including
arthritis). Another keen area of his interest is in musculoskeletal rehabilitation with over 4 years of
employment with the Junior Canberra Raiders as the Rehabilitation Coach then high performance manager of the ACT Brumbies Super W squad. He is the current Canberra Raiders NRLW Physical Performance Coach.
Outside of work, Ryan loves to be outside staying active playing cricket, rugby league, touch football,
water skiing and running.
