Kwong has extensive experience working with both amateur and elite sports teams. He also is interested in arthritis management, post-operation rehabilitation and return to sports from sports injuries. Since 2015, Kwong has worked in various roles with professional sport including:

- Canberra Olympic Women's Football Teams (2021 - ) - Team Physiotherapist
- Gungahlin Jets Junior (2020 – present) – Head physiotherapist
- Canberra United Academy (2017 – 2020) – Sports trainer
- Gungahlin Jets Junior (2019 – 2020) – Sports trainer
- WA futsal national team (2017 – 2019) – Touring Sports trainer
- Wests Rugby (2017-2019) – Sports trainer
- Tuggeranong United (2017 – 2018) – Sports trainer
- Hong Kong Women National Hockey Team (2015 – 2017) – Sports trainer
Kwong completed the Master of Sports Medicine and the Bachelor of Coaching Science before completed his Physiotherapy study. He also finished FIFA’s diploma of football medicine. He can provide the following services:
- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy consultation
- Post-operation rehabilitation
- Knee & Hip osteoarthritis management program
- Return-to-sports rehabilitation
He has also commenced small group rehabilitation sessions in our rehabilitation gym for post injury and post surgery patients
He also works at Arthritis ACT for individual consultations and group fitness programs.
