Phoenix Therapy and Wellbeing – Counselling Services with Cheyanne Girvan
Cheyanne Girvan blends her background in high performance sport and counselling to support individuals in achieving mental wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth—both on and off the field. With experience working with youth, athletes, and adults across a variety of roles, she offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach that’s tailored to each client’s goals.
Cheyanne is a Level 2 ACA registered counsellor, trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and currently completing a Master of Counselling. She holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, a Master of High Performance Sport (Science and Analytics), and a Graduate Diploma of Counselling. A former high-performing youth athlete herself, Cheyanne now competes internationally in woodchopping and volunteers as President and coach of her local club.
She is passionate about providing a safe, down-to-earth space for adolescents and adults navigating mental health challenges, sport performance pressures, or life transitions.
