Ashleigh is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who studied at the University of Canberra where she obtained a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Psychology (science).
Ashleigh is qualified to prescribe exercise for the prevention and management of a wide variety chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer and mental health. She also has an interest in musculoskeletal injuries, lower back pain and post-operative rehabilitation and is passionate about prehab! She works full time as a provider for Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation.
When Ash isn’t at work she loves to try out all different types of sports and activities, and recently has taken up rock climbing. She is always happy to put her hand up to play a game of netball, touch footy, go to Pilates or go for a swim!
